Ugh. I had to send one of those "Dear Contributor..." emails today to a bunch of people who hadn't paid for their books, an email which was approved by my boss, and one of the contributors wrote back this email about how she didn't like my tone, and wants an apology to all of the other contributors for my offensive email. I want to just write back "No. Pay, bitch."
