Entres: Some home made buns, ajvar, tzatziki, oven baked feta with pepper fruit, cream cheese wrapped in parma ham & stuffed olives
Main dish: Osso Buco ( have no idea how he prepared it, all I know is that it was cooking for several hours, madagascar pepper was in it and butter - alot of different vegetables, didn't bother asking him how he made it)
Side dishes: Oven baked squash with mozarella and fresh tomatoes and parmesan roasted potatoes
Desert: Tiramisu & cognac
We used the same spork for all three meals though
