I didn't like papaya until I went to Hawaii. Now once in a while I get a craving for them with fresh lime juice.
And not none of those gigantor Mexican papaya mutants either.

You would have loved the papaya too. I HATE papaya with a passion but paired with the guava and the salmon it's out of this world. But you have to season the salsa with some chandon beni. Cilantro would do as they are similar in flavour but our herbs are better.
And not none of those gigantor Mexican papaya mutants either.
I'm serious! Fly down to SF next Saturday. We'll have a great time together!
