Surprisingly, I didn't give her some big lecture. Maybe I should have. I just told her, less to twist her arm and more to give her unsolicited career advice, that she should be mindful of the reputation she builds from the relationships she establishes in her career.

Making dinner...well made some and bought some actually. Chicken breasts are in the oven and bought some tofu and broccoli from the Chinese restaurant across the street. Some tomato salad with mozzarella and feta on the side.

Sure. Yesterday's dinner was way better though. Panko encrusted white salmon and papaya salsa topped with a drizzle of this guava jelly hoisin sauce I made. So good!

You would have loved the papaya too. I HATE papaya with a passion but paired with the guava and the salmon it's out of this world. But you have to season the salsa with some chandon beni. Cilantro would do as they are similar in flavour but our herbs are better.
