Chicks fucking dig my cooking man, but Ania hates noodles and cooking chow/lo mein, Pho, pad thai is what im really into atm so when im cooking for her i have to do bloody italian or bland shit like that.

ALC the different chilis have different flavours and add different things to a dish. Bhut Jolokia has a kind of game'y taste, jalapeno's are very sweet, birds eye are a little bitter. etc. etc.

Boiling a weiner would be one way to screw up boiled chicken.

Well I left in the fridge for about 8 hours to defrost and when I checked it was still frozen. So I defrosted it in the microwave. Then I put it to boil but I read that you shouldn't leave it for more than 10-12 minutes or the chicken gets too tough. So I boiled it for around that time and it looked cooked. I took it out and began to cut it and saw that it was still raw on the inside. Then I let it boil again for another 5 minutes. Still raw. Did that 3 times. Eventually it seemed okay, so I tore off a piece to taste it and something about it was off so I threw it away

Some pepper adds real flavour to the meal. Tbh, food over here is so bland.

Frozen chicken is always a funny one, tastes weird to me whenever I use it - slightly off.

But boiling chicken off the bone will kill it, it would be quicker to chop it up and fry it off in some olive oil, garlic, shallots and salt/pepper. It would taste better as well as being done quicker.

I was talking just about chicken breasts not - thighs, wings, legs etc.

I think its adviced not to keep chicken in the freezer for more than a month. But you can keep it in the fridge until the use by date, if you aren't going to eat it that day you can still bake it for about 40 mins at 170oC and it will keep in the fridge for a few more days. Its easier just to buy the stuff when you know you'll cook it. I barely eat any red meat so i always have chicken in the fridge. I have a carcass and some legs im gonna make into a pho stock tomorrow

That's why I started using precooked chicken. You just stick it in the stove for like 20 minutes and it's good. I've tried raw chicken and jsut like you, I can't get it to cook right. I know I'll jut end up getting salmonella poisoning.
