Started watching man v. food. The giant stuff I find unbelievable and grotesque. The spicy stuff is just a joke, dude a fucking wimp when it comes to spice, i'd love to see him try and Chongqing hotpot and then claim that mexican and indian foods are the spiciest in the world. Its my point habanero peppers aren't spicy, I use Scotch Bonnet/Bhut Jolokia, which rank(ed) slightly higher than habanero on the scoville scale, as my standard chili for cooking. Indian and mexican food have shit on east asian food.

Bhut Jolokia is two ranks above Habanero and its from Bangladesh. Scotch Bonnet are ranked the same as habanero and are from the caribbean.

It depends on how it's cooked. Some stuff can be very spicy and flavorful.

Though I've had stuff that is crazy hot and just tastes like melting. Someone gave me some insanely hot "gag sauce" once, it was so hot I puked. That hurt so bad.
