yeah I guess so. That's a CSP (commonwealth supported place) for all Australian citizens. That's probably like half or 1/3rd of the full fee. It used to be completely free though. My dad went through the best Uni in Australia for free.

Well actually I'm not too sure why Uni is not free, though my dad said a few reasons; it's expensive for the government, people go to uni for the sake it and probably something else but I forgot haha.
