Just got back to my parents' place via a tow truck. Borrowed my Dad's car to drive to the CTA subway station to have dinner downtown. Came back to the CTA parking lot to find his passenger door lock popped and the ignition cylinder jammed up so I can't turn the ignition key...some assclown tried to steal that old car.
Had to get it towed so I can deal with it tomorrow morning.
I tell the CTA guy, and he's like, "Call 9-1-1. That CTA parking lot has been raking in money but won't put security cameras in, and this shit has been going on for months."
This will be a couple hundred bucks wasted on some assclown who can't even figure out how to steal an old car.
Ahhh, Chicago welcomes me home.
