Just got a message from a high school buddy saying "Whats up man, just broke up with my girlfriend wanna get together saturday and swing back some beers" . He is such a douchebag, everytime he can't really seem to make anything work for him he calls me up.

"No" fu
I'm proud of having friends who are considered 'douchebags'. They add color to everyones life :D

Maybe you should be a little more grateful yourself

Well, at least they thought of you first when the girlie was out of the picture.
:D. It's not that I feel hurt or missed him that much, the social life is on an all time high at the moment - just hate the douchey move of him backtracking and his excuses for not having time to give me a call for 365 days :p

The point is it's life. You can take it personally or not -- your choice. You won't be 22 years old forever, and your friends will hook up with others and scatter everywhere and you won't see them much at all anymore. And it won't because they don't like you or are terrible friends.
i have a mate like taht, moans about every woman i have been with because "man you never come round" "do everything with her" or the classic "you changed man2

of course i changed,of course i don't come round and waste away the days...thats why he is a 37 year old single man with ZERO chance of meeting a woman

But we are 22 now. And those bastards aren't gonna be marrying those girls. Come on, if you can't make time for your friends with 3 weeks notice, ever, then we're just acquaintances. Hell, bring your girl along if you have to. I used to do that.

Man, you are in for a disappointing surprise. That's all I'm gonna say.
