To be honest, that's not gonna happen. :D

I stopped cooking like 2 years ago, nowadays I can't cook anything. But I'm better when I'm drunk. Once I even made a pizza with spaghetti bolognese. :D
Jesus that must have been awful, your taste buds must have been totally paralyzed by all the booze.:D

Working! :weee:

:depressed
Same here. Times are tough & the overtime pay helps.

That sucks for you. I think working in a call center is the second worst sector to work in behind retail.
When I used to be an agent it was worse. Now it's very different. I'm more involved with coaching and developing my agents. I'm not into much contact with customers.

That's definitely much better. Having to deal with customers is a pain, especially when they call in for the dumbest & most obvious things ever.

Fighting over a throw-in? :disagree:

But anyways, congrats! :D

It was very dumb, so I won't even try to explain it. :agree:

Tell me about it. Imagine trying to explain how to secure a wireless modem over the phone to a 70 year old computer illiterate. :sergio:

Trust me, i have vast experience with stupid customers like that. The majority of the time, they haven't switched on the device or plugged in the charging unit.:sergio:

You get this overwhelming sense of victory when they call in, with a major chip on the shoulder, eager for confrontation only to put them in their place & exposing them for the fools they are.:D

Yeah. It's even worse when most of them won't admit that it was not a problem from the device itself.

It was pretty good actually. :D
That was the beer talking.:D

Yeah. It's even worse when most of them won't admit that it was not a problem from the device itself.
The best is when they want to talk to your superior for a petty problem. Like the CEO of the company is interested to hear how some customer can't switch on a router & wants to bitch about it.

I've talked with one client today. She set her aspect ratio on the TV to 16:9 instead of 4:3. While the agent was guiding her step by step to change it from the remote, she put the STB on standby by mistake, so obviously the picture went black. She claimed that the agent ruined her TV set and wanted to be compensated for it.

I could hear the dissatisfaction from her voice. :D

Dumb bitch, she was only thinking of how she could get free shit. Don't you just love screwing with their plans?:D My worst is customers with buyers remorse, especially when they come up with the worst excuses ever.

True, I would never eat that shit sober.
You never know, especially when hunger & laziness strikes.:D
