So terrorists have a beef with Norway?

Really odd
They've had a beef with Norway for a long time.
Earlier this year police busted in on a bomb-scheme and got a hold of blueprints etc.
We also have a man called "Mullah Krekar" in the country, who has Al Quaeda ties and occasionally threatens that he has plans to bring terror to Norway. The Supreme Court banned him from the country in 2006, but he can't be extradited because it's against Norwegian law to send someone out if they risk capital punishment in the receiver-state. So he just sits here and he has a terrorist cell of his own, and a lot of people have just thought that it's a question of time before something happens up here.

But no one knows atm what has happened, it's complete chaos, we'll have to wait for further developments.

All I know is that buildings don't blow up on their own...

I had to come home early today because my dog mauled a french poodle. My dog was taken out for a walk & the poodle started provoking her. Apparently it's a nine time championship winner yet it's wandering the streets. Suuuuure.
