I just read that the new owner of Malaga has 10000 trillion (dollars? pounds?). What the hell are you supposed to do with that much money? More importantly, if fucking Malaga start to snap up the top players of the world because their owner can drop a tip to waitress for the same value as Aguero's buy-out clause then how is a team like Juve supposed to compete with anyone?

I'm fairly certain the entire collection of money paper and electronic on planet earth is less than that amount. In fact, I think that figure is around 200 times the amount of 'money' in the world.

The Qatari royal family who own Malaga are worth 40Bn between them all.

Wait and see how it goes.

QPR have super-rich owners, but they haven't been ploughing vast amounts of money into them.

I know Malaga have got Toulalan and a couple of others to join, but it's too early to say if they'll do anything significant.

Also, the new financial regulations will mean that a team that relies that heavily on its owners won't be able to play European football.
