it's not illegal, there are coffe where you can smoke, pub , nights club also, it's just from time to time there's what we calla campaign when they shut the coffes where there's hookah. i took it with me to the beach many times but not the city beach where there a lot of people and families and police. there are other beaches near the city where u find just a small group of people. there u can do whatever you want . smoke kush, drink .....it's really messed up here
