Yeah, some of the modern stuff is good, but not much of it. 90% is garbage. It's kind of my white noise though. I can tolerate it.

My friend has a niece who won't stop crying till he hears taylor swift, so whenever I'm over there they are usually playing taylor swift . She has talent but deff annoying . More pop than country imo

I think I prefer Taylor Swift over Toby Keith, Kenny Chesney, Rascal Twats, etc. They all think they're the second coming of Merle Haggard.

I like bits of everything. And yes I do mean everything, I have a decent Zydeco collection and a special place in my heart for some bounce and gogo.

The combination of genres is the greatest thing to happen to music.

I also like pretty much everything, but most modern over-produced crap gets on my nerves.

But mostly I like beautiful voices and good melodies

i dont mind combination if its good. I hate listening to a good song, then have it spoiled with 15 secs of mindless rapping. I don't just like rock, im one of those if i hear a song, and i like it great. Most happen to be rock but i listen to all sorts of stuff depending on my mood.

I do agree that singing is a great talent, but if you write your own rap and can write some serious ass poetry, then that is a talent as well.
