Okay this HR rep just sent me a message on Linkedin about a vacant position she has in her company. How do I tell her that currently I'm not interested but that I might be in the upcoming future?

Why aren't you interested? If you have another job or you're doing something else state what it is your doing whether its job, vacation, etc followed by however I remain interested in the position and would like to remain in future consideration.

Because I just got a promotion in my current company and I don't want to leave just yet :D however I don't wanna shut her down because everything changes so quickly I could be in search of a new job in a year who knows

Just say that you've received a promotion at your current workplace and that you appreciate her/his consideration and will be in touch with he/she in the future.

Oh and congratulations.
