Damn. I just got Datarock's new single in the mail after ordering it at the show I saw them at last month. They call it "The Most Extravagant Single in History". It is.

In addition to the odd red, diamond-shaped toy it comes as, inside it is a mini USB 4Gb thumb drive with pretty much everything they've ever recorded on it, including several albums, outtakes, 22 music videos, and a concert video of them performing in their hometown of Bergen, Norway.

I'm the opposite after I hear a good soundtrack, I download it then check out the artist I like. Thats how I discovered k-os , datarock fa-fa-fa is the song on fifa btw

Well, not entirely. I paid $40 for the thing. But looking at it that way, where you get a toy, a 4Gb thumbdrive, and pretty much everything they recorded on audio and video, it's still a pretty good deal.

That and they're cool guys.
