No, they activated the international roaming & calling but it just wouldn't work. So i went to my network providers offices today & some nigerians duplicated my sim card & racked up a nice bill on my account. Luckily they saw that it was fraud & they'll be reversing the charges. It should be up & running by this weekend.
Bummer. Few people know this, but Sim City is actually in Nigeria. :pado:

I don't know how it happens. My phone will just vibrate once indicating a VM and when I open it I get either a guy yelling in Spanish about how the oppressed migrant workers of the American southwest need to revolt or a message from a random middle aged person who is looking for someone named "Arnie".

At first I thought "Arnie" and I just had similar #s but now I'm pretty sure it's fake. I don't get the point though.

How does it know what's spam? That would be awesome. I could send it direct to voicemail but otherwise it rings 4 times then voicemail.
I think it's more a case of the people spamming you call straight through to your voicemail. Over here, you can do that by putting a 5 after the first three digits of the number.

Everytime i think i can get over my distaste for nigerians, they just happen to do something to stir up those feelings.:D T, you haven't posted in ages, other might not notice but i do.

:D But they make me laugh. I once got one from a guy looking for people who "drove down" and were at some hotel and to call him back so they can get a ride to the game. I wonder if he ever got that ride...
