Yes. I carded his post calling pretty much 30% of the people here "fags, faggots, dick suckers and whores". In reply, he sent me a PM saying I could go fuck myself -- roughly saying he could do that basically under what's called the selective prosecution defense in legal terms (i.e., pointing out an Andy post that didn't get Andy carded... at least at first pass).

The guy really didn't leave me a choice, so I had to ban him for 3 weeks.
