Its beyond simple:

1. Both systems need to hooked up to the tv through different inputs
2. Connect the systems using a regular Ethernet cable
3. Make sure both systems are running the same version
4. On the source system, go to sys settings > data transfer

It took me about 20 mins to transfer over all my stuff. Sony rocks
