A funny thing just happened.
I used to play FIFA 2005 as Aberdeen on manager mode, I signed Roy Makaay and he absolutely owned the league with about 40 goals. All I used to rave on about was how good him and Scott Servin were for me.
So today I was just having a serious conversation with my mate about Scottish football and we came on to the issue of forwards. To my amusement he brought up the fact that Roy Makaay was the best striker in Scotland during a stint at Aberdeen. :D

Yup that's the one, I made him my captain. The only problem was once I signed Makaay I had no money for other players so my team remained the same as the actual Aberdeen were.
I couldn't believe how serious he was about it.

Seve was our captain for a couple of years after Russell Anderson left.

You only need to see the number of folk round here who want to sign players due to them being good on FM/PES/FIFA to see that the games are taken too seriously.

Do you know who created the original Tea Party movement, before it was hijacked?
Charles Thomson, Haym Solomon, Thomas Young, Paul Revere, Joseph Warren, Benjamin Edes, Alexander McDougall, Patrick Henry, John Hancock, Isaac Sears, John Lamb, James Otis, Marinus Willett, John Adams, Samuel Adams, Benjamin Rush, William Mackay, Benedict Arnold

After these guys, it was "hijacked."

    Boston is in New York?
It's Geography Boy, back with another lesson.

Ohh, because he talked about it, okay, now I get it.
Yeah, basically because I used to talk about it 5-6 years ago I think he got it in his head that Makaay actually was an Aberdeen player.
