This country has a resurgence in people with altered realities. Feck, I liken the whole Glen Beck popularity thing to a political cult... not unlike a religious cult. The comparisons aren't off the mark, as a lot of these whack-jobs believe that the foundation of the U.S. is by the hand of God and that our Constitution is akin to the Holy Bible. Their interpretation of reality is just one batch of Kool-Aid away from a mass suicide.

I never thought I would miss William F Buckley. But even he knew these people were nut jobs and at least partially kept them in check.
