Dude if you're having so many issues with your computer then just back-up your files and re-install Windows.
I just did that 2 weeks ago, and from that moment I started to face this issue! :D

It seems unlikely, but that's the only thing I can think of. If it happens when streaming through different browsers, then it has to be something with Flash.

And, what Tahir said. Reinstalling Windows fixes a lot of issues.

100% cpu is overheating the processor and motherboard, when it's an old pc it's doomed to crash since streaming takes alot of memory, mysterie solved :D
If it's really flash player i will stop giving people advice ;)
