very true seven...but i won't risk any injuries and i'm not in the mood anymore..i used to go to gym when i had like 70 kg's and i looked skinny as hell...now i'm 1.85 with 81 kgs and i feel good about myself.
This goes a long way in getting your gluteus medius to fire. Fucked up exercise and boring as hell, but does the job. Anyways I'm just saying this because in 99% of the cases these are the things that cause patellar tendinitis and they did in my case too.
