Hey guys, can you please check your bank (on Juventuz) and tell me what's your next interest? How much money are you getting?

There's no way to fix that thing if you're getting millions.
2 points. I can only access the bank thorugh my CP
Dude, do romanian deadlifts, glute ham raisesplyometrics and some gluteus medius work. You know who gets patellar tendinitis? People with a weak butt.
That's what did it. I went to the gym 5 days in a row.

Sort of like a squat

It's not like a squat really. Make sure your form is good. It's about pushing your butt back, not about bending over if you get what I mean. The weight should be on your heels. In any case almost everyone with patellar tendinitis needs glute and hamstring exercises. And plyometrics too obviously, but be careful not to exaggerate.

Good luck with it, it's not an easy injury to deal with.

i used to to those exercises till my spine started to give me pains..then i finished going to the gym, i'll better run or play footy every day to keep me in shape.
That's because your form was off. RDL's really don't cause much pressure on your spine. Regular deadlifts might, but all the movement with RDL's should come from your hamstrings and glutes, effectively taking away all the pressure from your spine.

It looks a bit like a squat so it does.
