Now that i read it again, i see how it looks to a European. No man, i didn't get beat up by students, the beatings i got were from teachers. :D

I understand thats illegal where you are, its illegal here too, but some schools still beat students, and the school i went to was the one most known in the region for hitting students for various disciplinary reasons. Damn i remember the torture when we didn't do our homeworks or when we let loose a rat in class, the marks on my hand stayed for weeks :scared:
Oh right I had images of a little arab boy getting kicked half to death every day for wearing an Henry jeresy :p

Corporal punishment is gay beyond belief.

Back when we were in school, we were living proof that it didn't work, the thrill of doing something forbidden was even more to be honest. But still, those were good times, we once brought a rat to class when i was in 9th grade, we let it loose in the class, the headmaster then came and did an investigation by taking each one of us individually to his office and asking us who was responsible, we all agreed not to tell on each other, and all of us had the same answer "we don't know", the punishment was 25 sticks to each hand, the marks on my hand stayed for weeks:shutup:

I dunno about you, but if a teacher had tried to hit me i would've punched him, even if it was 9th grade.

Ya, you'd be expelled here.

When you're expelled from a school for disciplinary reasons, then good luck getting accepted into any respected school in the country.

You just take the beating and shut up, or go to another school where they don't hit students. :p

Meh, beating here is minimal, in Libya, thats where they the real school beatings are :D

Here they just tell you to open your hand, and they might hit you with a stick a few times, thats as far as they would go here. In Libya on the other hand....

I actually got into a fight with an Arabic teacher once, but it was in the recess, and thankfully it only got as far as pushing each other, and then other students and teachers came and broke us apart.

Plus, the principal of my school was an MBA student of my dads, so i used to get a pass all the time, the principal treated me like a king :D
