Never trust the jews B :D
Waking up in the middle of it is really annoying, after all that struggle to fall asleep. Last night I finally got to sleep, then woke after an hour or so. Decided to get up and just wait it out reading a book.

Btw have you tried doing things to make yourself tired? I'm not sure if this actually works or if it's just wishful thinking but it seems to me that if you make the brain tired you fall asleep sooner. That's a major reason why I started with audiobooks a few years ago, I basically always fall asleep to those since. And I think it helps.

Before that I tried the opposite approach, to do something boring (watch tv late at night). That doesn't work at all.
When I read books I stay awake for longer, I always wanna know what happens next :p
How about making your body tired? Gym, running, swimming, anything for about 1h and before going to bed.
It did work for me for a few days. Then my body got used to it. After I shower I don't feel sleepy or that tired anymore...

Fuck Airtel :(
The mothafuckas disconnected my prepaid sim for the second time in two months for no apparent reason. And I can't contact customer support from another phone because I'm in a different state. I'm gonna go throw the sim at one of the reps at their retail store when I get back home day after. I've had enough of their shit...

One of the symptoms of overtraining is lack of sleep. From what I've read in the gym thread, you're a beginner, no? Maybe you were pushing yourself too hard from the get go. 3 times a week, 45-60m is all you really need.

And M, Benz? :agree: Why the heck not, would be absolutely sick. It's not Juve without a good Frenchie in it. :sigh:

Na, I don't try too hard... I don't really go to build muscle, more like lose the flab :p I skip a lot already, if I took it more lightly, I wouldn't be going at all :D
Anyways, I'll be going regularly from day after, the flabs are bigger now.
