Btw, I finished my 1st season with Benfica yesterday. I won the league, the Liga Cup, The Portuguese Cup, and reached the quarterfinals of the EL (lost to Chelsea).

Any suggestions about who I should get to seriously challenge in the CL? I def. need a left winger and a goal scoring machine. My transfer budget is so damn low though (6m euro right now after sales).

No, it stops me from registering, not signing them. And the non eu player i bought was Dzeko for 36m

Left wing Mata, he is in my Sevilla team that won the champs league.
Goal scoring machine i just signed Dzeko, but Luis Fabiano did well the first season, then he went down injured for 6 months and i bought Helmes (11m iirc).

Pay in installments, if you do not have funds spread them in 48 months and give no money upfront.
