No. Several years ago even I worked at a company that bought computers from HP with Red Hat Linux pre-installed. Same is true today.

I don't have the upgrade. I have the real deal on my 2.5-mo old MacBook Pro. But the upgrade is easy enough to get from torrent sites if you want it, say, of less ethical means.
