I was sick of it, there was to much work and responsibility for how much I was getting payed, I hate dealing with rude customers, and the other employees were unbearable. I can get a job at Starbucks or an Ice cream store across the street and make slightly less but have a much easier job with better hours.

Actually if I hadn't gotten promoted a few months ago I probably would have stayed but I ended up having to report to the manager directly (I hated him) and he held me accountable for the actions of other employees.
