Owww. I see. Well, it's a bit late, yes, but I also have several friends who are 23-24 and can't drive. I guess it's more common if you live in the city.

I live in the city, yeah. I get a cab that picks me up for work and drops me home, which takes care of most of my travel needs. When I want to go other places, I usually use public transport, or ride my bike and avoid the cops.
