I understand. It truly depends on the kind of training the company provides and your luck in getting a person who knows what he's doing. If you get someone who has no sense of technology or how the product works, it's gonna be a nightmare. There are some people who may lack good communication skills, but they know how to get the job done. It all depends on the individual you're speaking to. If you ever spoke to me, I bet you you'd fall in love with me! :D
Oh I love me some Bouti.
NHL 2010 is officially too easy for me now. All the settings are maxed out and I still rarely lose. This blows.
That's like me but with FIFA10. It's time I took these mad skills to xbox live so I could scrape some fools.

More reason to throw rottem tomatoes at insurance companies
Me: What happen to my surgery and the expenses of me sleeping 5 days in the hospital post operation claim
Insurance officer: We are waiting to see if you needed to sleep in the hospital or not
Me: The doctor ordered so because I was sick, and they had to.
IO: Oh well, we need a prove from the doctor that you needed so.
Me: later... :andy2:

Seriously, do people sometimes sleep in the hospital for vacation purposes. How do those people think

I see your point there Red. It's not a private hospital, and all papers were filled and sent by hospital workers, and you usually don't come close to those papers. f the hospital said he was admitted in the hospital for 5 days, which means there was reason, and usually it's mentioned why, but they need to know if this hospital thing was necessary? Which doesn't make sense, since hospitals are not private and getting a room is hard, so a doctor would never admit a patient unless there is something wrong

So why is it that you have to make the claim, instead of the hospital just reporting directly to the insurers how look you needed to be treated for?

The whole area of health insurance is pretty alien to me due to us having the NHS.

There is NHS in Canada, but because I am international student, then I have to pay for health insurance. If I go to hospital, then at the hospital take my health insurance card and fill everything, once all treatment/procedure is done, the whole things with details is sent to the health insurance company, where they pay a specific percentage based on the details, and they send a letter with the amount that I have to go and pay for the hospital. They may not cover my stay at hospital, because they are not sure if I needed to stay there, so I have to contact the doctor/hospital and prove to them that I needed to sleep in the hospital. this is the only thing that doesn't make sense. Why woud they let me take a space in the hospital, where it is hard to find a private or semi private room due to the fact that all Canadians are covered by the government.
