Ok, so it's essentially the same system between the two, our point last for three years iirc
Yeah, though not every speeding ticked results in points being deducted (some states leave it to the discretion of the police officer). I once got a 90 in 65 (my only ticket, got it the weekend after I got my car) and didn't loose a single point. The limits though are standard nationally. Only the deductions and enforcement vary.

Predictable responses to the events seen in the Azzurri match. Paraguay deserved two red cards, Camo didn't deserve to be sent off, Italy deserved to win, and they should just hand them the World Cup already.
