I will stand by that statement and yes i have spoken about it in pubs and i dont think i have ever lost the argument, i don't get into fights easily, mostly because i ignore people that get lary.

I am not full of myself, i am a realist....iirc IZ is a realist as well. What can i do to a population that is fed lies by the four biggest selling newspapers and base the majority of their opinions on what the newspapers tell them to think? This isn't 'Project Mayhem', its reality and the reality is that people are stupid and people are scared and will believe what they are told by a mass selling newspaper. Its the society we live in, i would argue you are above most of the population because you interact with people on here. Debating on forums is something that i view as a something that is extremely important to someones development as a person.

So I asked off (3 weeks ago) for the USA - England match this saturday. And what does my dumb ass assistant manager do? Bitch gives me Friday off and goes on vacation.

That's what dumb bitches do, unfortunately. But thankfully I have a boss that keeps thinking I'm going to quit soon, which could be the case if I get this job as an air quality specialist with the state, so she always gets my off dates right. For other employees, not so much. She was REALLY happy I returned after the fuckfest last Friday.

My boss is pretty cool though, and also good looking for a 40 YO.

I'll probably just call tomorrow and "straighten things out".

If not, just quit. That's what I would do. USA vs. England is really more important to me than income.

Plans were to meet at this pub owned by Burke and Andy's former footie coach. It's the best place around to watch the match.

Most places won't show it.
