Na, I am on call this week. So I have to work from home late nights sometimes if there's a problem on our servers/applications and I get called out. I have to do it for one week every month. For some reason everything is quite until its my turn to be on call. Then all hell breaks loose

Nope. My phone doesn't support 3G, so I haven't tested it.

Government had to auction off the 3G spectrum first. It took them ages to complete that. By the end of this year we'll finally have 3G across all carriers. The government owned telecom company already has 3G. They started beginning of this year I think.
