For sure, I've been wanting to get back in shape ever since I stopped playing football.

I've never been much of a runner just for running so I'm not sure how often and how far I would have to go to get results.
Depends on your general stamina and over diet. A couple of miles every couple of days would do some good.

I've already started running on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for an hour before work, I'm loving getting exercise again.

I want to start going everyday, I've quit smoking cigarettes which should help but its tough for me to stick to something like this unless I have a designated time each day for it which I don't because my work schedule changes.

You start running a couple miles everyday and you'll get back into shape pretty quickly. Sometimes I run twice a day when I have time, two or three miles at a time, and then your legs can really feel the burn afterwards, especially in the morning. Think I lost five pounds last week despite eating a pretty regular diet, which is a lot of food for me.

Just watch out for shin splints. I think I may be getting some.

It's so gay how some brokers don't accept credit or debit cards to put deposits in trading accounts. Gotta wire the fucking money in, providing the routing number and all, then they charge you $20 in routing fees.

Must be nice having your own brokerage firm, especially in Forex where oyu offer the spreads.

Gutterpoet probably has not even heard of any of that before. He's too busy smoking weed and thinking he's cool by reading communist propaganda.
