Two boys were playing football in the park when suddenly one of them is attacked by a rottweiler.
Thinking quickly, his friend rips a plank of wood from a fence,
forces it into the dog's collar and twists it, breaking the dog's neck.
All the while, a newspaper reporter from the Daily Recor...d who was taking a stroll through the park is watching.
He rushes over, introduces himself and takes out his pad and pencil to start his story for the next edition.
He writes "Brave Rangers fan saves friend from vicious animal!"
The boy interrupts "But I'm not a Rangers fan."
The reporter starts again " Hero Hearts fan rescues friend from horrific attack!"
Again the boy interrupts "But I'm not a Hearts fan either."
"Who do you support then" inquires the reporter.
"Celtic" comes the reply.
So the reporter starts again
"Fenian bastard murders family pet
Replace Celtic with Aberdeen and you wouldn't be far off the mark.
A few years ago, an Aberdeen supporters bus was going to Glasgow for a game against Rangers. It was set upon by Rangers fans and had many of the windows smashed.
The Daily Record reported that Aberdeen fans had stopped the bus, got out and thrown bricks in through the window of their own bus to try and get Rangers fans into trouble.

I would be so pissed if I was an Aeberdeen fan. Same things happen in the Middle east for the big teams. Media will fabricate news just to get the big clubs off the hook.

Now that's why my knew Scottish (celtic fan) lab mate always give me those dirty looks when I start singing about rangers (apparently they are scum) in the lab infront of him, for some reason I think it's funny since he gets so pissed
