In E.R. you have various examples of severe patients , suffering from cancer (middle or even terminal phases) , autoimmune disorders or traumas. So however horny you are you really forget about it at the moment. I measured my blood pressure once there and it was 150/110 (my normal BP is 120/75), so running from the operation room to another and than to reception part to evaluate the new coming patients conditions and do they need an urgent approach is way to stressful and it's hard to even think about those things.
I actually talked to Bisco several times about that and about my BP as well.
So the answer is - even if you want it , you have no chance to do that.
