    It's nothing really.

Red is a mod like me, Dusan has to wait until Marty can change him to be different.

Not for the next two months at least. The max number of days I can take leave is two days in a row. So if I want to plan a weeks holiday, I have to apply in advance. Not that I am planning to take one in the near future anyways. I like taking short weekend breaks (three to four days) every 6-8 weeks, rather than one long break every 6 months. That is not including the sick leaves I take when I can't be bothered to turn up for work :p

i understand :D...it's a good system..better than ours for sure..it's so complicated i really want to bother to explain ...so i made my choice of getting the free days last year in december (that's the way to do it for all firemans..i can't plan the free days in this year)...i have 32 days (including days between shifts...those are free days too). So i had 16 days in march from 1-16 (those were 4 free shifts), i'll have 12 days in september (1-12) and 4 days in december (1-4). It's stinks because i can't take for example all the days in july because i need to have some free days in a non-summer season too. So i divided my free days in 3 seasons. Another stupid rule is that you can't take free days in a month you've been free last year (i had free days in july last year)... anyways i loose like 20$ on a monthly payment if i have free days in that month so it's kinda ok in that aspect.

Looks like the guy who made your leave system wanted to make it complicated for the heck of making it complicated :D

I'm gonna be going to work in a few hours with no sleep whatsoever. Looking forward to that!
