Came back tired from the lectures. I'll have to meet with some of my friends a bit later and have a couple of beers. Hopefully I'll be back to watch Bayern tonight even if it's likely to be a boring game.

It makes a big difference unless you're pushing your abs out every time you pose for a photo.:p
Nowadays I drink 2 beers max. It is full of calories, like a double lunch...It is a difference but not much, especially because when I workout I almost always do abs so it's a high intensity. And also, my abs are not going to be perfect, ever. I don't pay attention to food at all, so I destroy them with that much more than those beers I have once or two times in a month.

I have a situation that I was hoping I could get some advice on here for since I can't really ask any of my friends about this and I have no idea what to do.

A few days ago my one of my friends from high school who is in his first year away at college down in San Diego sent me a txt saying he needed me to call him right away. I hadn't talked to him in weeks so I called him up and was surprised by what he had to say. He started off by saying that he was miserable down there and he hadn't made any friends which surprised me because he is a very social guy. He said he hated his roommates because he couldn't trust him and that he knew they weren't going to pay their rent. I asked him why but he just kept insisting that he knew they were untrustworthy and that they weren't going to pay their rent without giving a reason. Than he began a rant about how the friends he had made down there where all in a plot against him and weren't really his friends but he didn't go into much detail about that either. All he said was that he is suspicious that they roofied him twice at parties and that they have been posting rumors and pics about him on some popular gossip site run by San Diego students.

He told me that they had blocked his access to the website down there to hide some conspiracy against him that he believes everyone he knows down there is on. At this point I tried to talk him out of this nonsense but he began yelling and ranting about how he knows he is right and he can't trust anybody. He went further by telling me that every time he leaves a building he sees someone that he doesn't even know talking on a cell phone and he thinks that they are spying on him. He continued ranting about how people who drive by him are spying on him from their cars. I suggested that he go see a psychologist or a school counselor but he then told me that he had already been expelled from school and hung up the phone.

I haven't been able to get ahold of him since and I don't know what to do. I've known this guy for five years and he has never been like this before. He was always very social and if anything a little bit too trusting. He sounded completely sober and coherent over the phone so he wasn't just messed up on something.

I don't know what I should do now, he is 400 miles away so I can't go see him and if he won't pick up his phone I can't talk to him. I'm worried that he is going to do something stupid and really fuck up his life. Is this just stress or drug use causing this or is he mentally ill? I'm going to keep txting him regardless of whether he calls me back or not, so what should I say to him?
