Hey Fred, I wanna get my MBA at either Harvard, Sloan (MIT) or Wharton ! We should help and encourage each other through the GMAT, application filling and essay writing process!! When are you planning to start studying for the GMAT?

Sometimes I forget that you're not an Emirati :D
The fact that i find something too expensive reminded you i'm not an Emirati?

Nice to know you're well informed on middle eastern stereotypes :D

Well i graduate next semester, and i am planning on getting at least one year work experience first. So i don't think i will be preparing for the GMAT until next year.

Also theres another problem, i don't know if this is true, but i heard that some MBA programs require that you be at least 24 years old to enroll.

I'm only 20 and will be 21 in 6 months time, so that will be very bad for me.

My taxi driver in Abu Dhabi only confirmed my stereotypes :D He told me that families in the Emirates receive checks from oil money. I saw their homes with my own eyes, 'houses' that would be considered embassies here. He also said that when a child turns 18 he gets his own house from the state.

Fred, I don't really know if there's an age minimum but you can check about it on their websites, I too don't want to apply until late 2010 or 2011 but I've heard that the GMAT is really really hard (especially the english part - its way harder than the toefl) so I wanna prepare for about eight - twelve months before I take it!!
