This is just five scenarios relating to transactions between lawyers, clients and third parties.

It's a bit rubbish for me, because I'm not exactly the world's most ethical person so I have to say the answer they want, rather than what I really think. :D
Why do you have to do that? You can write what you really think if you construct a strong enough argument, no?

Not if it goes against Law Society regulations.

It's just an exercise in interpreting existing rules, rather than what I think would be right in the circumstances.

    Nah, I'm just ill, yoseph.
    guess who's back?
    Steve Irwin?
How do I get the smiley where tumbleweed roles by?
    That was experimental.
    I never walk alone
    Take it easy, Gerrard.
Just started an assignment that is due in in 12 hours 12 minutes time.

It's about ethics and it's just a heap of tedious crap.
    All work is tedious crap.
Damn. Tiger Woods' Schweinsteiger is one big petri dish:

Take every whore he's nailing, multiply it by all the other johns these whores have slept with, and I'm surprised his johnson hasn't just fallen off from worm rot.
    Jesus fucking christ...
And now all the John's who those whores will infect with Tiger's special brand of AIDs.
But at least it makes you great at golf.

Tiger is half Balotelli, and half gook, guess we'll have to give him two funerals.
    So who's with me?

I say a bunch of us go down to Augusta when Tiger is playing and jump up and down holding up a banner that says, "There is no such thing as a negro that f*cks just one woman."

    Did you ever read this?

    http://www.football-italia.net/topten/oddobjects.html

    Best part of it:

    "1. The San Siro scooter
Some odd things have been thrown from the stands at football matches. Toilet roll, celery, beach balls, a pig’s head, a scooter… a scooter? Back in 2001 during a fixture against Atalanta Inter supporters stole the moped off of an away fan, smuggled it into San Siro and then flung it from the second tier of the stadium. What happened to the vehicle is unknown but we doubt that the visiting fan managed to get back to Bergamo on it."

Ah, i thought it was purely an Ethics course.

    When are you graduating btw?
I graduated from my Law Degree last summer, but I need to do the Diploma in Legal Practice to actually be able to practice law.

This is my last year at uni.

    So who's with me?

You can be sure of one thing, the members at Augusta wouldn't do anything to stop you.

Hell, half of them would probably join you.

One of the best days ever in Serie A.

Serie A is like the California of football leagues.
