Kennedy is discussing the government corruption in the vaccine industry. Basically, lots of mistakes have been made in making vaccines, some that have killed people or caused them to become Autistic, and the government has helped in covering it up. And the reason for it is because those who make decisions here have ties to the vaccine industry, so an ethics issue exists. But it shouldn't be surprising. All the regulators have ties to the folks they regulate, whether it be Goldman Sachs and the Fed, insurance agencies and the health care reform folks, and the energy firms along with the DOE.

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- The United States federal government ran a deficit of $176 billion in October, the first month of the 2010 fiscal year, the Treasury Department reported Thursday. Receipts were $135 billion, the Treasury said, while outlays were $311 billion. The deficit was a little higher than a congressional estimate of $175 billion and marked the 13th consecutive monthly budget shortfall. A year ago in October the deficit was $156 billion.
