Ya, don't focus on numbers, especially when you're begging. Do as what's your average, don't exaggerate and take 1 minute rest at most so it get more intense. Do 3 different exercises and 3-4 reps of each. Don't know how much you weight but you can add cardio. Jogging will get you flat stomach and it will burn your belly fat. If you wanna get ripped add some sprint. If you're not far you can do it once a week.
