The trouble with globalization being that we're all fucked at once.
Not necessarily. There is a chance that the Asian nations will decouple from the dependance on the United States because they have savings, we don't. They have a billion possible consumers over there to take the place of our 350 million.

Peter Schiff's book "Crash Proof" covers this notion rather well, IMO.

If we don't address our national debt and put a stop to the corruption in the financial system, yes, we are fucked. There is absolutely no way our creditors China and Japan will continue putting up with these shenanigans in the long run. Obama had the chance to change Wall Street and Washington by stealing money from the criminals on the former, just like a Robin Hood would, but instead he gave in. Now I want my vote back because I don't support the same old garbage policies from these two parties of criminals.
The two party system is severely flawed, especially when both parties suck

Really? You don't think they are over reliant on the west buying their crappy products, we have contributed massively to their economic growth

Wow, that's pretty amazing, considering that Americans don't even consume 1 billion gallons of gas a day.

Check your sources and facts. C4C wouldn't even save a billion gallons PER YEAR. In actuality, doing the math, the program doesn't even save us a day's worth of gasoline.

It's a complete garbage program, and people need to stop spreading ridiculous lies about it.
We consume 500 trillion gallons a day.

    Codependent to the max.

Ironically, the greatest prevention to outright war now among economic powers now is that our corporate finances our in bed with each other ten times over -- like Paris Hilton at the Whore Olympics.

    what up folks?

just flew into Hartford for the weekend to visit the fam. its gonna get krunk in CT this Labor Day weekend!
I haven't been to Hartford in eons. Some of the most aggressive homeless people I've ever encountered in my life were down there ... not far from where the Hartford Whalers used to play back in the day.
