Btw, do you guys learn anything about aviation weather reports or charts? Like Airmets, Sigmets, Prog Charts, Area Forecasts (FA), etc?

I know that Prog Charts are basically just surface forecast maps of pressure and weather, but we didn't study Airmets or Sigmets. Looking over what those are and the NOAA Aviation page, it's pretty much self-explanatory now. Thanks for bringing it up as I should probably know that terminology, especially convective Sigmets.
