Not looking good, bro. A low pressure system will probably develop in the mid-Atlantic area late Thursday, pushing scattered showers and storms into the region Friday. Right now, it appears that some precip will linger into Saturday as well.
It's the typical scenario during the Summer with disturbances in the region -- hit and miss thunderstorms associated with systems that are difficult to predict days in advance. All I know is that we're gonna have a bunch of crap in the area those days. Oh, and the daylight hours will be the most active when it comes to storms, due to the surface heating effect, as per usual.

I can run twice as far at night for some reason.
I think Sunday should be fine if I had to predict the best day.
Jeez, looking at some other models, it shows this stupid stationary front stretching across the mid-Atlantic and stalling there for three straight days. I absolutely hate this setup because systems just ride the front like a stripper on a pole, but the only real chance of severe weather is torrential rain. So it's basically like a stripper who you're like yeah, she's OK, but after a bit you want her to get the fuck off the stage for a hotter one. It gets old after a while.
But yeah, once that stationary front works its way South, and the associated low works up the New England coast, we should be fine. Sunday is looking OK, but hopefully Saturday will be good as well.
