In my opinion, game 7s in ice hockey are the greatest games in all of sports, barring the World Cup. It's by far better than the Champions League final though.

Not really, in my opinion. The fact that two NHL teams got to a Stanley Cup Final game 7 means both are really good teams and now all is on the line after a hard series. One final between Monaco and Porto with a 3-0 scoreline or Barca against Manure 2-0 is not as thrilling as a game 7.
