I'll be managing the performance of some of the employees that will be working under me. I get to take some decisions regarding customer demands during some scenarios and i get to speak to the customers if they ask to speak to a supervisor if the agents cant fulfil the customers demands. Along with this, I will help all agents at work regarding technical issues and solutions for it.
