It's a proven fact; the more you sleep, more tired you get. In a perfect scenario; you should sleep 8-9h every night and wake up at the same time. No exceptions. I tried it once for 2 whole weeks and I never felt better. Too bad keeping that schedule requires you to abandon your life as you know it.
It's worth mentioning that i was drunk the previous night. Does that affect the side-effects of over-sleeping? :D
