Program. Minimum level security inmates do not need constant guard. Corrections facilities will be responsible for
ensuring that only minimum level security inmates participate in the inmate labor program and for selecting inmate
participants. "

The third is for an influx of illegal immigrants, meaning if a couple hundred thousand illegal immigrants were across the border and they were just waiting to pounce.

I never said they would be absolutely used for enslaving millions of Americans, but the authority has been established for it to happen.

Hmm, I have not had any of her classes. But I'm not in the business program.

I have joked about it before because some do honestly believe that's the sole purpose of them. All I'm saying is that the powers have been given for Homeland Security to round up people and send them to the camps. It's really free legislation for Homeland to whatever they want with it, which is a scary precedent when the President can so easily declare martial law after variations to the Patriot Act. There are no checks and balances.
